Justin Ledford and Ralph Locklear appear to attempt to coerce a Contracting Officer into breaking the law by awarding sole source contracts.

The below video was recorded by Justin Ledford and posted at Vimeo.com it contains audio from a federal contracting officer and is being reported on under protection of the 1st Amendment as it contains audio of a contracting officer performing her duties. Anyone could have downloaded this video. Emails between the federal government and the public are public information and can be attained by the Freedom of Information Act.

I reached out to the Contracting Officer, below is the email exchange and I will publish further information as this story is evolving.

However, none of the information displayed on the video can give anyone any tips on guarantee government contracts because our standards change for each individual requirement.

put on it.
